PROTTASHA does not provide a complete service to its loan clients. The loan process is generally well designed. To obtain a loan, member must submit their “Business Plan” – if the planning is reasonable and ambitious only that case loan will be sanction.Obtaining the loan is just the beginning, however, because PROTTASHA deploys a group of expert employees from various fields such as agriculture, fisheries, dairy, poultry, and small business operations. These experts oversee, supervise or consult and otherwise work closely with the loan clients to help them properly use the loan proceeds and to improve the clients chance of success and thus to improve Prottasha’s chance of enhancing economic development in areas served by PROTTASHA. But as in all areas of human endeavor, we learn from the difficulties of others. Here are PROTTASHA and other NGO’s.
As good as it is the PROTTASHA system is not perfect.  The clients can and many do use the loan proceeds for items unrelated to their business plan.   Not surprisingly, those borrowers cannot repay the loan and may be forced to sell land that it their only source of funds or even of food. As a result poor become poorer or have not - that is untoward.
That’s why our program added a new dimension in the micro credit loan in the world. Thus the poor become poorer.  We have found this very troubling, So, we developed a micro loan program with some new characteristics that will help to avoid some of these current problems and result in borrowers more likely to succeed and thus contribute to the economic well being of their community.
